وقدمت المؤسسة ملفا إلى الجنائية الدولية في لاهاي بشأن مقتل الطفلة هند و6 من عائلتها والمسعفين اللذين هرعا لإنقاذها في حي تل الهوا جنوب غربي مدينة غزة مطلع عام 2024.
وأضافت المؤسسة أن الملف -المكون من 120 صفحة بموجب المادة 15- يحدد مسؤولية 24 جنديا وقائدا إسرائيليا في مقتلهم.
ودعت لتوسيع التحقيق ليشمل ما تعرف بسرية "إمبراطورية مصاصي الدماء" و"الكتيبة المدرعة 52″ و"اللواء المدرع 401″.
تحقيق الجزيرة
وجاءت هذه الدعوة بعد تحقيق بثته قناة الجزيرة أمس الاثنين عن أسماء عسكريين إسرائيليين متورطين في قتل الطفلة الفلسطينية.
وهند رجب طفلة فلسطينية كان عمرها 5 سنوات حين قتلها الجيش الإسرائيلي مع 6 من أقاربها بقصف سيارة لجؤوا إليها جنوب غربي مدينة غزة في 29 يناير/كانون الثاني 2024.
كما قتل الجيش الإسرائيلي المسعفين اللذين هرعا لإنقاذها عقب استغاثة أطلقتها عبر اتصال مع جمعية الصليب الأحمر الفلسطينية.
وذكر البرنامج أن من المتورطين "قائد اللواء المدرع 401 الضابط بني أهارون، وقائد الكتيبة 52 الضابط دانيال إيلا".
وفي مايو/أيار الماضي، أعلنت "مؤسسة هند رجب" الحقوقية تقديمها شكوى ضد بني أهارون إلى الجنائية الدولية بارتكاب جرائم حرب ولمسؤوليته عن مقتل الطفلة الفلسطينية.
وتأسست "مؤسسة هند رجب" في فبراير/شباط 2024، وتتخذ من بروكسل مقرا رئيسيا لها، وتنشط في ملاحقة مسؤولين وعسكريين إسرائيليين عبر دعاوى قضائية بأنحاء العالم.
