قرار أمريكي بفرض عقوبات على ثلاث مؤسسات فلسطينية حقوقية
يهدف القرار الى محاربة المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان في فلسطين
وتقويض الجهود القانونية والحقوقية
اسطنبول - تتابع الشبكة الحقوقية لأجل فلسطين (نداء) بقلق بالغ التصعيد الخطير الذي تقوم به الإدارة الأمريكية وخاصة القرار الصادر عن وزارة الخزانة الأمريكية والقاضي بفرض عقوبات على ثلاث مؤسسات حقوقية فلسطينية هي: مؤسسة الحق، ومركز الميزان، والمركز الفلسطيني لحقوق الإنسان، مؤكدة ان فرض هذه الإجراءات العقابية والقيود السياسية والمالية تستهدف دورها الريادي في توثيق وكشف الجرائم والانتهاكات الإسرائيلية المستمرة بحق الشعب الفلسطيني.
ويأتي هذا القرار بعد ثلاثة أشهر فقط من قرار سابق بتصنيف مؤسسة الضمير لرعاية الأسير وحقوق الإنسان على قوائم «الإرهاب»، وفرض عقوبات على المقررة الخاصة للأمم المتحدة فرانشيسكا ألبانيز، ما يشكل انحيازاً فاضحاً للاحتلال، ويعكس محاولةً لتكميم أفواه المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان، وتقويض الجهود القانونية والحقوقية المبذولة في ملاحقة قادة الاحتلال أمام المحافل الدولية، ولا سيما المحكمة الجنائية الدولية.
تؤكد الشبكة ان هذه السياسات لن تثني المؤسسات الحقوقية الفلسطينية عن مواصلة عملها، بل ستزيد من إصرارها على الاستمرار في أداء رسالتها الإنسانية والقانونية في فضح جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية التي يرتكبها الاحتلال بحق الفلسطينيين، خاصة في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية.
كما ُتحمّل الشبكة، الإدارة الأمريكية المسؤولية الكاملة عن توفير الغطاء السياسي للاحتلال الإسرائيلي، وتؤكد أن استهداف العمل الحقوقي الفلسطيني يعد انتهاكاً صارخاً للقانون الدولي الإنساني ولمبادئ الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.
وعليه فإن الشبكة الحقوقية لأجل فلسطين (نداء)، تطالب بما يلي:
-١ تمكين المؤسسات الحقوقية من مواصلة عملها بحرية ودون قيود أو مضايقات سياسية ومالية.
٢- دعوة الأمم المتحدة والهيئات الدولية إلى التدخل العاجل لحماية المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان في فلسطين.
-٣ محاسبة دولة الاحتلال على جرائمها بحق الشعب الفلسطيني، وعدم تمكينها من الإفلات من العقاب بدعم أمريكي أو غربي.
ستواصل المؤسسات الحقوقية الفلسطينية عملها رغم كل التحديات، وستبقى صوت الضحايا والمدافعة عن حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني في وجه الاحتلال وسياساته الاستعمارية.
